Well, the phone is ringing already with calls from clients, wanting to book Kent’s exterior property painter. Thanks for booking early!
Just to let you know, that nowadays, Before & After Painting only take on small exterior paint jobs. By that I mean, bungalows, fences, shed painting, summer houses etc.
I don’t take on any work where the customer expects me to carry out the work from a ladder. Work is only carried out at height now if you are willing to arrange for your property to be scaffolded.
Also, all work would be carried out on an hourly rate or day rate due to our lovely English weather not always playing fairly.
Now back to the other nitty gritty; I am forewarning you to book me early because if you waited till the time I am thinking of starting “my outsides” which is April(ish), you may find I have already taken calls for 5 other exteriors before your call comes along. Then you are disappointed that I cannot fit you in till July, which is when your cousin is flying in from America and you want to impress her with your new paint job on your home.
People seem to forget that good painters and decorators get booked up in advance very quickly. The ones who can “fit you in tomorrow” aren’t always the best choice – listening to some of my customers past experiences.
Anyway, back to why I started typing this out. The warmer weather is upon us and that weather is ripe for getting the exterior of your home repainted.
